Refund Policy

Subscriptions

WorkRate subscriptions may be cancelled for future billing periods. Cancellation stops future billing according to the active plan terms, but does not automatically refund prior billing periods.

Prepaid or setup fees

Prepaid access, onboarding, setup, or implementation fees may be reviewed case by case. If work has already started, account access has been provisioned, or private setup has begun, those fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Trial or application stage

Requesting access, joining a waitlist, or contacting WorkRate does not create a payment obligation. Payment obligations begin only when checkout, invoicing, or another approved billing flow is completed.

Monthly subscription

Monthly subscription charges may be cancelled for future billing periods. Cancellation stops future access according to the account terms, but does not automatically refund prior subscription periods.

Usage-cost features

Features that create direct operating costs, including AI automation, SMS, email volume, storage, or communication APIs, may be billed separately and may have separate refund or credit rules.

Billing mistakes

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact billing support promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
